DT Workforce
DT Workforce was established by Downing Teal to supply quality trade, skilled and unskilled personnel on a permanent or contract basis to a range of companies that were looking for innovative, quality recruitment solutions.
Downing Teal had previously provided recruitment solutions on a project basis for many large, blue chip mining, oil & gas and construction clients. Some of these projects were for the recruitment of up to 500 personnel.
The success of these assignments provided Downing Teal with the encouragement to establish DT Workforce which involves the provision of an outsourced "blue collar" recruitment service.
DT Workforce uses behavioural interview techniques combined with skills testing and thorough reference checking. The service can include processes through to site travel arrangements and induction.
